Pre-workout
Glass of orange juice with a teaspoon (approx 3 grams) of creatine mixed in, a whey protein shake made with water and a banana. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Post-workout
Whey protein shake, mixed with water and a banana. Approx 300 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
Two thirds of a Tesco small baguette (trying to cut carbs a bit) and a packet of fajita chicken as filling. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Dinner
Two slices of wholemeal bread with another packet of fajita chicken as filling, and a banana. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Drinks
A pint of Becks Vier, roughly 200 calories.
Bedtime shake
Whey protein shake mixed with half milk, half water, roughly 300 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Protein: 200 grams
Calories: 2,200
