Food Journal: Friday 13th February 2009
Breakfast
Whey protein shake with water and two bananas. About 2 grams of creatine mixed with fresh orange juice. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
Four slices of wholemeal, granary bread with bacon and egg filling and an apple on the side. Approx 800 calories and 50 grams of protein.
Dinner
A lamb doner kebab and chips with salad, chilli sauce and garlic mayo, all washed down with a diet coke (you have to watch the calories)… Approx 2,000 calories, loads of fat and probably 100 grams of protein.
Bedtime Shake
I didn’t bother with a bedtime shake as I figured I was still digesting the kebab…
