Pre-workout

Whey protein shake with two bananas, teaspoon of creatine mixed into a small glass of fresh orange. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Post-workout

Two wholemeal baps with chicken tikka pieces for filling and a bottle of diet coke. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Lunch

Whey protein shake, an apple and a banana. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Mid afternoon snack

No mid afternoon snack.

Dinner

Chicken tikka pieces, some slices of pepperoni and a salad. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Bedtime Shake

Whey protein shake, mixed with half water, half skimmed milk. Approx 250 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Drinks

Had a beer during my client meeting, and a glass of wine with dinner. Approx 400 calories and zero protein.
