Pre-workout
A whey protein shake, a banana, an apple and a small glass of fresh orange juice with a teaspoon of creatine. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Post-workout
Another whey protein shake and a banana. 300 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
A chicken sandwich, made on wholemeal bread (four slices), with 130 grams of Sainsbury’s flavoured chicken pieces. Approx 600 calories and 35 grams of protein.
Mid afternoon snack
Nothing, should have had something because I ate my dinner really late.
Dinner
A plate of bacon and fried eggs (three rashers and two eggs). Approx 500 calories and 35 grams of protein.
Bedtime Shake
A whey protein shake mixed with half water, half skimmed milk. Roughly 250 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Daily Total:
Calories: 2,050
Protein: 190
