Pre-workout
A whey protein shake with a large banana, a small glass of fresh orange with a teaspoon of creatine mixed into it. Approx 300 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Post-workout
Another whey protein shake and a banana, approx 300 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
A couple of chicken sandwiches, made with four slices of wholemeal bread and a 130 gram packet of Sainsbury’s Hot & Spicy chicken pieces. Approx 600 calories and 35 grams of protein.
Mid afternoon snack
A handful of dry roasted peanuts and a glass of fresh orange with a teaspoon of creatine mixed in. Approx 250 calories and 15 grams of protein.
Dinner
Chicken nuggest, oven chips and peas. Approx 1,000 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Bedtime shake
Whey protein shake, mixed with skimmed milk and water. Approx 250 calories and 40 grams of protein.
