Pre-workout
Whey protein shake mixed with water, a banana and an apple. A small glass of fresh orange with a teaspoon of creatine mixed into it. Approx 300 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Post-workout
Another whey protein powder shake and a banana. Roughly 300 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
A wholemeal baguette with a packet of Tesco’s chicken tikka pieces and two slices of bacon that needed eating up. About 600 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Mid afternoon snack
Another whey protein shake, 200 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Dinner
Chicken, chorizo, pepper and tomato paella. Approx 1,000 calories and 20 grams of protein.
Bedtime Shake
Whey protein shake mixed with water and skimmed milk. Approx 250 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Daily Total:
Calories: 2,650
Protein: 220
