I did a 8 minute ab workout today. I did slow exercises and tried to emphasise the contraction at the top of the movement. I find this really works your abs. I usually alternate a slow ab day/session with a faster one to include variety.
I did my usual spinning class. This lasts 45 minutes (including warm up and down) and is a good hard workout. The instructor made us work harder than normal today so I got a good sweat on. I find these classes really effective as I find it motivating working out with others. The fast-paced music playing definitely helps too.
