Pre-workout
A 50 gram serving of whey protein powder, mixed with 90 grams of scottish oats and a banana. A glass of fresh orange with a teaspoon of creatine monohydrate mixed into it. Approx 700 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Post-workout
Another 50 gram serving of whey protein powder, with a 90 gram serving of dextrose powder and a teaspoon of creatine all mixed together in a shake. Approx 600 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
Two slices of white bread with a packet (170 grams) of Tesco bbq chicken pieces for filling. A packet of crisps and an apple. Approx 800 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Mid afternoon snack
A protein shake and an oatmeal bar. Approx 350 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Dinner
A plate of roast pork, stuffing, roast potatoes, carrots, brocolli and gravy. Approx 1,000 calories and 60 grams of protein.
Bedtime Shake
An instant milk protein shake made with water. Approx 200 calories and 40 grams of protein.
