Breakfast
A whey protein shake, mixed with water and 1/4 cup of scottish oats, and a banana washed down with a glass of fresh orange juice. Approx 600 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
A tuna and mayonnaise baguette with lettuce. Approx 600 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Mid afternoon snack
A chicken sandwich. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Dinner
Haggis, chips, peas and brocoli. Approx 1,000 calories and 25 grams of protein.
Bedtime shake
An instant milk protein shake (80% casein), mixed with half water, half skimmed milk. Approx 250 calories and 40 grams of protein.
