Breakfast
A whey protein shake mixed with water and a quarter cup of scottish oats, an apple and a small glass of fresh orange juice. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
A sausage sandwich on wholemeal bread (2 slices) and a banana. Approx 500 calories and 30 grams of protein.
Dinner
Another full english, consisting of four sausages, three rashers of bacon, one fried egg, two hash browns and half a tin of baked beans. Approx 1,200 calories and 50 grams of protein.
Bedtime shake
A shake made with milk protein (mostly casein). Approx 200 calories and 40 grams of protein.
