Welcome to the seventh issue of my weight loss carnival, I’ve had lots of submissions this week, but unfortunately only the following four articles made the cut, the rest were clearly spam blogs, mostly blatantly trying to get people to sign up for Acai Burn!

Fitbuff argues that nutrition is one of the most important aspects of overall health, arguably even more so than your actual workouts, so check out these great foods that can help lower your cholesterol, but YES, you still have to do your workout too!

Rusty Moore presents The Paleo and Primal Diet. Eating Like a Caveman? posted at Fitness Black Book. Here is a quick summary and explanation of the Primal and Paleo diet with a video. I really recommend everyone to take five minutes out of their day to watch the video and think about how you want to eat for the rest of your life!

Steve Faber presents What to Eat With a Pear Shaped Body posted at Belly Fat Loss. Good information about what types of food you should eat to shift fat depending on your body type.

Sonia Devine presents Do YOU have E-Fat? - Love Yourself Slim posted at Love Yourself Slim - Weight Loss from the Inside Out. Another good article from Sonia about the effects of emotions, usually negative, on our ability to lose or gain weight. I’m a bit believer in the effect that emotions do have on our wellbeing.
