Food Journal: Friday 17th April 2009

Pre-workout

A whey protein shake, made with 50 grams of fine ground scottish oats and a banana. A teaspoon of creatine mixed into the shake. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Post-workout

Another whey protein shake made with 50 grams of dextrose powder. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Lunch

A couple of flour tortilla wraps with tuna mayo, lettuce and cucumber for filling. Approx 700 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Mid afternoon snack

A small whey protein shake and 20 grams of dry roasted peanuts. Approx 300 calories and 25 grams of protein.

Dinner

A couple of enchiladas and tortilla’s, some salad and some chips and dip at an awesome poker night held at Wells Cricket Club. Approx 800 calories and 20 grams of protein.

Drinks

Four pints of lager and a couple of shots of tequila. Approx 1200 calories and zero protein.

Daily Total

Calories: 3,900
Protein: 165

    Nice post nice healthy food journal although I dont agree with the alchol, it will effect your gains drinking larger is not good with bodybuilding but the diet is good.
