Pre-workout

A whey protein shake made with 50 grams of scottish oats, a teaspoon of creatine monohydrate and a banana. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Post-workout

Another whey protein powder shake made with 50 grams of dextrose carbohydrate powder and a teaspoon of creatine. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Lunch

A flour tortilla wrap with 150 grams of bbq chicken pieces, a tablespoon of full fat mayonnaise some lettuce and cucumber. Approx 500 calories and 30 grams of protein.

Mid afternoon snack

A couple of hot and spicy peperami salami sticksĀ and some peppered salami. Approx 400 calories and 25 grams of protein.

Dinner

A 6oz steak, french fries and lettuce. Approx 800 calories and 45 grams of protein.

Drinks

A couple of pints of Becks Vier and a glass of white wine. Approx 600 calories and zero protein.

Bedtime Shake

An instant milk protein shake. Approx 200 calories and 40 grams of protein.
