Post-workout

Another whey protein shake made with dextrose and a teaspoon of creatine. Approx 700 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Lunch

Half a baguette with Tesco mexican fajita chicken pieces for filling. Approx 700 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Dinner

Roast beef, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, roast parsnips and cauliflower with gravy. Approx 1,200 calories and 60 grams of protein.

Bedtime shake

An instant milk protein shake made with half water, half milk. Approx 300 calories and 40 grams of protein.
