Pre-workout

A whey protein shake with 50 grams of scottih oats, a banana, and a teaspoon of creatine. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Post-workout

Another whey protein shake with 50 grams of dextrose and a teaspoon of creatine mixed into it. Approx 400 calories 40 grams of protein.

Lunch

A flour tortilla wrap with chicken tikka pieces, salad and light mayo for filling. Approx 500 calories and 30 grams of protein.

Mid afternoon snack

An 80 gram serving of chilli flavour peanuts. Approx 450 calories and 20 grams of protein.

Dinner

Another flour tortilla wrap with chicken tikka pieces, salad and light mayo for filling. Approx 500 calories and 30 grams of protein.

Drinks

Had a lager watching Chelsea whoop Liverpool in the Champions League, shame really as I wanted it to be Liverpool in the final so that United could whoop their arse! Approx 200 calories and zero protein.

Bedtime shake

An instant milk protein shake. Approx 200 calories and 40 grams of protein.
