Breakfast
A whey protein shake with 50 grams of fine scottish oats and a banana mixed into it done in the smoothie maker. A teaspoon of creatine. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Post-workout
Another whey protein shake with 50 grams of dextrose powder and a teaspoon of creatine mixed into it. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
Lunch was only about an hour after I’d had my post workout shake so I opted to just have a couple of sausages. Approx 200 calories and 20 grams of protein.
Mid afternoon snack
A small whey protein shake and an apple. Approx 200 calories and 20 grams of protein.
Dinner
Two fried eggs, four rashers of bacon and one flour tortilla. Approx 600 calories and 30 grams of protein.
Drinks
A 330ml bottle of Kronenbourg watching the Liverpool - Arsenal game, what a game, couldn’t believe it was another 4-4! Approx 150 calories and zero protein.
Bedtime Shake
An instant milk protein shake. Approx 200 calories and 40 grams of protein.
