Pre-workout

25 grams of scottish oats, 50 grams of whey protein powder, a banana and a teaspoon of creatine made into a nice shake. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Post-workout

Another 50 grams of whey protein powder in a shake. Approx 200 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Lunch

170 grams of chicken pieces, 40 grams of pepperoni, 1 flour tortilla and some lettuce and cucumber as a wrap. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Mid afternoon snack

40 grams of salami coated in parmesan cheese. Approx 200 calories and 10 grams of protein.

Dinner

2 lamb chops, 40 grams of salami and a portion of peas. Approx 500 calories and 50 grams of protein.

Bedtime shake

An instant milk protein shake, just 25 grams of powder. Approx 100 calories and 20 grams of protein.
