Pre-workout
A whey protein shake made with 50grams of fine scottish oats, a banana and a teaspoon (approx 1 gram) of creatine. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Post-workout
Another whey protein shake made with 50 grams of dextrose carbohydrate powder and a teaspoon of creatine. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
A nice corned beef baguette, though I think I had way too much bread! Approx 800 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Mid afternoon snack
A packet of chilli flavour peanuts. Approx 450 calories and 20 grams of protein.
Dinner
A flour tortilla wrap with chicken tikka pieces, lettuce and cucumber for filling. An apple on the side. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Drinks
Watched the United game and had a couple of pints of Beck’s Vier, lovely! Approx 400 calories and zero protein.
