Free 1 Month Trial Of Acai Burn - End Of Week 1
I started my 1 month trial of Acai burn last week, so this is the end of one week’s use and I have to say that I can’t really see much difference. However, I have been on the scales and I haven’t gained any weight, but do seem to have lost a pound or so.
I just measured my bodyfat and I can see that it is down by 0.2% from 26.9% last week to 26.7% this week. I can’t really see that this is a significant enough difference to say it is definitely down to the Acai Burn pills I’ve been taking. One thing I would say though, I haven’t done any real exercise since last Friday and I went out for a lads night out Friday night so would have piled on the calories then. The reason I’ve not done any exercise is because I’ve come down with a cold this week, so bar a couple of short walks to get some fresh air, I’ve not done any exercise.
I feel like my cold is clearing up, so hopefully next week I can get back to some vigorous exercise and see if I can’t drop some significant bodyfat in a week and prove that these pills are worthwhile.

A 0.2% decease in bodyfat, how did you measure so accurately? i’d be interested in the method as I want to be able to track my bodyfat fluctuations over a long period of time as I apply a training regime

Hi there, I used an electronic bodyfat measuring device, you pick them up from the shops for about £5. I don’t know how accurate it really is, but I will use that consistently and look more to see a trend rather than base any evidence on concrete numbers…

.2%??? as a personal trainer, thats considered no change at all. i actually dont recommend that method. especially when you use electronic bodyfat measuring device.
Electronic Bodyfat Measuring device measures your body fat by sending electronic pulse through one sensor(one side of the metal grip)and measures length of time it reaches to the other sensor.
as we know, water plays big role on conducting electricity, so when your body is well hydrated it will read Less body fat, and when your dehydrated it will read More body fat. which can be inaccurate.
i would say, electronic Bodyfat Measuring Device has 5% margin of error.

Yeah I had read that they were not entirely accurate. Funnily enough I took another reading today and it was back to the same figure that it was at when I started two weeks ago - 26.9% - safe to say my bodyfat isn’t really changing, despite using Acai Berry pills, how weird is that?
