Optimum Health Ultimate Creatine Reviewed

I have been using Optimum Health Ultimate Creatine for the past three few months now. I really should have reviewed it when I first got it, but in fairness to creatine, it’s not like a protein powder, it’s only really after you’ve used it that you have anything to review!

Generally I’ve found it to be a good creatine monohydrate powder. I’ve had the same results as with other creatine monohydrate powders, i.e. increase in strength/size etc. What makes Optimum Health Ultimate Creatine different is the value for money - it is generally the cheapest creatine I’ve been able to find delivered.

I had used My Protein’s creatine monohydrate before, but as that costs £7.95 + £3.95 P&P total £11.90 for the same amount - 500 grams, I found that Optimum Health Ultimate Creatine was the best value I could find at £8.99 delivered. I think the cheapest place that I found that stocked it was SuperFit.co.uk via DiscountSupplementsGuide.com
