This is a blog about body building and fitness primarily, with additional content about nutrition, weight training and any other related subjects.

I aim to provide news and information about all of the above subjects, including reviews of different techniques, supplements, amongst other things. In addition, I will be posting regular updates on my own bodybuilding progress, including a training journal, where I will document what I lift in each workout.

I also aim to start a food diary, where I will document what food and supplements I eat, including the amount of protein, carbohydrates, fat and calories I intake.

You’re probably wondering why I would do this? Mainly because I really enjoy weight-training, and so by keeping a journal on this blog, it saves a lot of paper, but may also help others out there who want to know more about the subject, or simply need a bit of inspiration to get down the gym themselves.
