A whey protein shake made with 50 grams of fine scottish oats, a banana and a teaspoon of creatine. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Post-workout

Another whey protein shake made with 50 grams of dextrose carbs and a teaspoon of creatine. Approx 400 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch
A flour tortilla wrap with Tesco [...]

Breakfast
Whey protein shake with a couple of bananas. 400 calories and 45 grams of protein.
Post workout shake
Whey protein shake mixed with water - 200 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Lunch
Fried egg and bacon sandwiches, 6 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs and four slices of bread. Approx 800 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Dinner
Sausages, chips [...]
