Whey protein shake with water and an apple, bowl of weetabix with skimmed milk. Approx 500 calories and 40 grams of protein.
Lunch - post-workout
Wholemeal granary baguette with chicken tikka pieces and an apple on the side. Approx 600 calories and 40 grams of protein.

Dinner
Three hashbrowns, two sausages, two black puddings, two rashers of bacon, leftover [...]

A quick protein shake with a banana, approx 300 calories, 40 grams of protein and 2 grams of creatine mixed into orange juice taken separately.
Post-workout

Same as pre-workout meal.
Lunch
