Thursday - HIIT and abdominals
Just a quick session of cardiovascular traininig followed by some abs work today. For the cardio, I did a 25 minute session of high intensity interval training, this consisted of:
5 minutes at 9.5kmh
30 seconds at 15kmh
1:30 at 9.5kmh
Repeated for 8 intervals in total
Last interval did 1 minute at 15kmh
