Abdominal exercises
The abdominal muscles, sometimes referred to as our “core”, run down the front of the abdomen, from the bottom of the chest to the front and side of the hips. The obliques join the ribcage and spread down our flanks, and are responsible for twisting our torso. The six pack muscles which form the front of your abdominal wall are called the rectus abdominis muscles and are responsible for making us curl our spine forward.
