Incline bench curls
You will need an incline bench to perform this exercise as well as a pair of dumbbells. Lie on your back on the bench, lean down and pick up a dumbbell in each hand. Your arms should fall straight to the floor, like the pendulum in a grandfather clock.
Curl the dumbbell up to your chest and hold at the top, squeezing the static hold, before lowering down to the starting position. This is a similar type of exercise to the seated concentration curls, except it allows you to work both biceps at the same time, or alternate each bicep without having to swap around your position, thus saving time.
