Dumbbell Flyes

Lie on a bench, you can choose a decline, flat or incline bench, depending on which part of the pecs you are trying to hit. Use a fairly light weight (10kg), lift straight up so that it’s above your chest, then lower you arms, keeping them straight, until they are out at your sides (you should look like Jesus on the cross at this point), then bring your arms back to the top so that the weights are above your chest again. This is really a shaping exercise rather than a strength or size building exercise, so don’t get hung up on huge weight, concentrate more on technique and form.
