Push Ups

A very good, body weight only exercise, very good as a measure of someone’s fitness, and an easy way of getting a chest workout when you don’t have access to a gym. The best way to do these is to lie on the floor, place your hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart and level with the bottom of your chest. Push yourself up until your arms are almost straight, hold for a second, then lower until your chest is almost touching the floor.
