Leg Press

Similar movement to a squat, and stimulates the same muscles, namely the quads, with the glutes coming in for some secondary stimulus. All leg presses are done on machines, so just follow the instructions on the machine in your gym for how to do them. Generally you can use the leg press to bring your glutes more or less into the exercise by moving your feet on the press plate. Play around with this to find what works best for you.
